Executive Chairman, Co-Founder
Luis Navas is a Senior Partner and Co-Founder at GGA and GGS, and is a globally recognized expert in the areas of Executive Compensation, Human Resource Strategy and Corporate Governance. He has served for over 25 years as an advisor to the board of directors and top management of major corporations around the world.
Luis specializes in the innovative design and implementation of corporate governance and compensation programs that support organizational strategy and objectives, as well as shareholders’ interests. Luis has consulted to a variety of organizations in North and South America, Europe, Asia and Africa, across a wide spectrum of industries.
Luis’ background includes experience in the investment industry in Corporate Finance and as a Mergers and Acquisitions specialist, at BMO Nesbitt Burns. He subsequently spent several years with Mercer Human Resource Consulting where he rose to the position of Senior Principal in their Global Executive Compensation Group, and has also been Vice President of Compensation for one of Canada’s largest corporations. Luis also co-founded Canada’s first independent executive compensation advisory firm and built it into Canada’s largest. Luis has worked extensively with some of the most well respected companies in the areas of executive compensation and corporate governance.
Prior to GGA, Luis was National Practice Leader, Executive Compensation for Korn Ferry Hay Group in Canada, and a member of the firm’s Executive Management Committee and Global Practice Leadership Group.
Luis graduated with high distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business with both Honours and Masters Business Administration degrees, and has attended the Harvard Business School’s Executive Development Program. He is a former faculty member of the Directors College and was instrumental in the development of Global Governance Advisors’ Executive Compensation Certificate Program, conducted in partnership with the Human Resources Professionals Association. Additionally, he is a frequent speaker at professional conferences, national television and syndicated radio, and writes extensively on all aspects of executive compensation. Luis is also very dedicated to improving the lives of Autistics and sits on the Board of Directors of both the MIND Institute at The University of California and Florida International University EMBRACE, in addition to leading GGA’s Charitable Foundation.
Executive Vice President, Co-Founder
As Executive Vice President at Global Governance Software (GGS), Jeffry is responsible for the overall strategic direction of sales and marketing for the company. Jeff is also a member of the Executive Committee at Global Governance where he is a senior strategic advisor to Global Governance Advisors. Prior to joining GGS, Jeff was the Executive Vice President and Director of Sales at Diligent Corporation, a provider of corporate governance and collaboration solutions for boards and senior executives. During that time, Jeff advised thousands of companies across industries such as banking, energy, manufacturing, financial services, and consumer goods on effectiveness and governance.
Jeffry is considered a thought leader in the governance field and regularly appears at both governance-related and vertical market events for SaaS adoption and implementation best practices. He is a member of both the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals and the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries. Jeff was named to the 2015 NACD Directorship 100, the annual list of the most influential directors and governance or governance-related professionals, and is considered an industry expert on cybersecurity. Jeff is based out of GGS’s New York office.
Chief Business Development Officer, Co-Founder
In his role as CBDO, Tyson Rose is responsible for the design, execution and implementation of Global Governance Software’s sales, business development and go-to-market product strategies. In 2013, Tyson co-founded NovaShare Solutions, a technology company offering cloud-based solutions to help corporate advisors manage shareholder and proxy information, which was acquired by Global Governance. Today, Tyson brings his deep technological and industry expertise to drive innovation through technology in the corporate governance space, and position Global Governance as the leading firm in the industry to help boards navigate today’s complex issues.
Tyson has over a decade of capital markets experience. Prior to founding NovaShare, he worked for two of North America’s leading independent shareholder advisory firms. He also worked as an analyst for Clearing and Depository Services Inc. Tyson attended Cleveland State University.
Chief Technology Officer, Co-Founder
As Chief Technology Officer, Thomas Hingel oversees the development of Global Governance Software’s (GGS) core technology and infrastructure. In 2013, Thomas co-founded NovaShare Solutions, a technology company offering cloud-based solutions to help corporate advisors manage shareholder and proxy information, which was acquired by Global Governance. Today, he ensures that GGS’ Stakeholder Capital Management Platform (SCMP) delivers on its mission to provide corporate governance professionals with the most up-to-date tools and processes they need to make critical governance-related decisions. Prior to Novashare, Thomas was a Director in Client Management at Kingsdale Advisors, the largest shareholder proxy advisory firm in Canada.
Thomas completed a Master in Business Engineering from Solvay Business School in Brussels and the Business Management Program at Essec Business School in Paris

Glenn Keeling is a Senior Partner at Global Governance Advisors, where he works closely with public and private company boards to navigate thoughtful, well-grounded, and customized governance solutions related to executive and director compensation.
Glenn brings the insight of key voting behaviours of the institutional shareholder community and helps to map the expectations of today’s shareholders with compensation, pay for performance, transparent disclosure and goal setting.

Glenn’s experience, trusted reputation, and proactive approach, to winning countless proxy battles has made Glenn sought-after to ensure that decision-makers, senior executives, and in-house counsel have access to real-world best practices in all industries. He has served for over 20 years as an advisor to the board of directors and top management of major corporations around the world.
Glenn is the recipient of the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries (CSCS) Joyce Borden-Reed Distinguished Contribution Award and has earned his Fellowship Canadian Investor Relations Institute (F.CIRI) designation from the Canadian Investor Relations Institute.
Vice President - Sales
Senior Software Sales Executive with over 25 years experience in multiple domains such as Document Management, Business Process Management, SaaS and Corporate Governance. From 2009-2017, Donna was a Regional Sales Director at Diligent Corporation where she was a consistent top performer and responsible for signing hundreds of new clients across several major verticle markets.
She received a Bachelors in Business Administration from University of Massachusetts/Amherst.
Senior Manager, Information Technology
Derrick brings over a decade of IT experience to GGS and provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure information technology environment for all GGS customers with a core focus on cloud services and platform integration solutions.
In his senior management role, Derrick delivers all IT infrastructure and services, information security systems and compliance, administrative systems process documentation, and client support services protocols.
Public Relations and Marketing Strategist
Rishika is a Public Relations and Marketing Strategist at Global Governance, based out of Toronto. In this role, she works with our sales, technology, advisory and analyst teams to provide corporate communications, media relations, events and social media strategy and support. Rishika is passionate about all things communications, especially content marketing and relationship-building.
